Went to the graduate advisor’s office today to check-up on my graduate application status and it turns out that she was writting a congratulatory letter to me .  This means I’m officially in the program.  I had to run to physics department and get some signatures, since apparently the physics department has to agree to transfer.  Hopefully all the paperwork will be done soon, otherwise I’ll be stuck with some “late transfer” fee.  All-in-all great news.
